My Senator. A man who makes me proud

Sherrod Brown is one of the most relatable people in Congress. I truly hope Ohio pulls through for him in 2018. He could actually be a major 2020 contender if we do.

It's like the tv show Dirty Jobs, very good

If Sherrod Brown wasn't in the US Senate, he'd be the voiceover guy for pickup truck commercials. Just like Mike Rowe, Sherrod clearly cares about hard working men and women. This podcast is like "Dirty Jobs," the focus is on the people who are busting their butts to put food on the table. The difference here is the guy on the other side of the microphone isn't just a tv host, he's their man in Washington. That's a rare and valuable thing. Great job, Sherrod.

A surprisingly well made podcast.

Honestly I started listening to this with low expectations. I mean, how good could a podcast by a sitting senator actually be? Turns out it's great! The bumper music is a little cheesy but the discusion is wonderful. Senator Brown is an engaging interviewer with thoughtful follow up questions. I can't wait to see what topics are covered in future episodes.
