Michael Rader and Ryan Lynch spend an entire year trying to guess what happens in a movie neither of them knows anything about. Perhaps with the help of some special guests, they can figure out the entire plot of the movie before the year is up or else suffer the consequences of being wrong on the Internet. But that's okay: If at first they don't succeed, they'll get it right next year.

This is it, the very end. We watched the movie and boy is it a movie. Plot? Who needs it when you have incident. Incident? More like Pissident because there's a lot of peeing in this movie for some reason.
This is the end of the line for the show as we know it, while we will keep going in a similar capacity the format of the show will be changing going forward and trust us, that's a good thing.
    Sincerely,

This fortnight we talk to someone who has actually read the novel, and it happens to be Michael's wife. Convenient!

We finally have a mailbag episode! Although it's really less of a mailbag so much as an attempt by all of us to make each other laugh. Apologies to everyone who wrote in and waited so long, and thank you for supporting us.

In our pen-penultimate episode we drop the veil and get candid about what is and is not working about our podcast and discuss some plans for the future. Then we get right back on our b******t and ride it into the sunset.

As we approach the end, we struggle to find any more scraps of revelation. This leads us to obscure blogs, back to Rotten Tomatoes and into the depths of interactive cinema. We talk about smellovision, Mr. Payback, and a wide selection of Karls.
    Sincerely,

Obnoxiously binge-able

Update: I have apparently listened to the entire first season plus all the juicy niblets in between in 5 days. Still going strong through the other two seasons!!

I just discovered this podcast from MBMBAM (I’m behind on that one too!). I’ve heard about lots of other podcasts through MBMBAM, but this is the first one I’ve actually put the effort into listening to, because the concept seemed so amazing. And it delivered!

I’ve found it incredibly addicting. So much so that I have several audio books I’m supposed to be listening to but have been avoiding those to binge this podcast in every possible moment. I’m most of the way through the first season and have been keeping myself pure along with the boys. It’s been incredibly hard to resist the temptation to google “We Bought a Zoo” and find out everything, but I’m looking forward to the payoff upon discovering “with the boys” what actually happens.

I’m not sure if Helen’s corner/checking in with the chimps is still happening (I’ve been avoiding even looking at future episodes to not ruin the surprise of what next year’s movie will be), but if so, and you read this: Hello Helen! You’re such a lovely addition to the podcast and such a nice balance to the boys! I was very happy when you became a fixture!

I’m sure this review is all terrible outdated now.. 3 movies(?) in, but just wanted to make sure everyone knows that I whole heartedly support this podcast. I have seen that it’s still updating so I am looking forward to many more hours of laughs from this podcast.

My first podcast review

I have listened to many podcasts but never left a review or written in (mainly to social anxiety) but this one is so fun I had to break out of my shell.

After listening to every episode I have to say this is a fun podcast, with never a dull moment, and will certainly make you laugh.

At the end of every season I wish the plot of the movies weaved by Michael and Ryan where the actual movies made but sadly they can only exist in our imaginations.

There are so many good things of this podcast such as Helen’s mail bags, Justin’s email corner, and gorilla Scarlett Johansson (from season 1).

I highly recommend this podcast to anyone, specially those looking for a good laugh.

P.S.
I don’t know how the submission for movies to review from fans will go but here are mine; Detective Pikachu or A Talking Cat!?!

I thought I left a review earlier

I gave you guys 5 stars, a long time ago and forgot to write a review. So now I’d like you to spend a year speculating what my review would say.
