Keeping it real!

By far, my favorite podcast! Suffering from overeating and weight fluctuations my entire life, I’m so grateful to have finally found Master Coach Cookie. Finally a sensible solution to mindful eating

Consistent and permanent weight loss has been an elusive goal all my life. Probably since I was 12 years old and I am now approaching 60. At times I’ve been able to master the physical part of weight loss, and the self-discipline needed for weight loss through calorie restriction. I have never, until listening to this podcast, been able to give much credibility to the mental aspects underlying my inability to lose weight. I always just thought I wasn’t strong enough, and that people like me will never be slender. I have come to learn, that is neurological junk! This podcast has helped me make the connection between my thoughts and my feelings. I am able now to challenge those thoughts. just a simple awareness of all those thoughts is liberating. This is a wonderful, and transformational podcast and I’m truly grateful for it.

I’m a guy who struggles with binge eating. I found Cookie through another podcast called Brain over Binge (of which the first 11 episodes will change your life if you are a binge eater).

While Cookie talks a lot about a woman’s journey with weight loss her insights still provide great value to me and my experiences. Thank you, Cookie.
