Great podcast!

Matt has a ton of great interviews! Not only people you’ve heard of in everyday life, but also people you may not know but have a ton of valuable information to share. I’ve been listening to his podcast for about a year and have been able to implement a lot of the information into my own personal development journey.

Morning walk motivation

I’ve moved the Grand Cayman and no longer have my accountability walking friends. We used to walk and talk every morning at 5a and I loved the company, conversation and connection. Now that I’m here, I needed a reason to get up and get moving. The variety of conversations and interesting topics is my new motivation! Thanks for sharing all these great interviews! I love your style and science based approach.

Interesting content, frustrating editing

I’ve started listening recently and I’m finding the show interesting and full of insights that are applicable to my life. However, I find the ad/sponsor placements more frustrating than in any other podcast I listen to. The ads seem to interrupt the interviewee mid-sentence every time. By the time the ads are over, I’ve forgotten the start of whichever sentence and I’ve lost my grasp on the topic of conversation. Editors, please listen and wait for a period!
