Neuro Diversity

I have learned so much and I’m pivoting into technology via UX design from education. My experience and background working with users as parent, student and educator. Being a team lead I see why my brain works and the brain of my students who think differently than I. My background in psychology as well made this podcast so fascinating that it connects how my work is valued. I love to work collaboratively but if there is no value of the members of the group success is very difficult. As a facilitator, I organize my presentation for multiple modalities. Ultimately, I discovered that I needed and wanted to learn more about leadership so I took a course on the methodology on Six sigma lean. Along with my user experience courses has been helpful. I’m embracing who I am. Pivoting into my future fearlessly .
