William Sonoma 's Thanksgiving Cookbook
I liked it . Some recipes I will use like the Creamy Pumpkin Pie recipe. Others are pretty intense for serious chefs in toe:)
A good deal
I have a hard copy of this book that I've used for years. It has some of the same and similar recipes to this one. I've made almost every recipe and they've been great. There are definitely many years of Thanksgiving recipes in here.
Can't flip the pages?
In general, this book has good content and pictures, plus it is free.
But it does not take the advantage of iBooks feature?! I.e. I can't flip through the pages like other iBooks, made it really hard to read, or browse....
