My favorite book of all time

I've read many books on autism and several by Temple Grandin but this is the best. I'm an ABA therapist and I think about her work and mainly passages from this book once or twice a week in reference to the kids I work with. Subject matter aside- I think shes an awesome writer! (kind of funny considering the association with language disorders,) but she really has a way with words. Perhaps it's that she's not hard wired to seek general social approval and her language challenges that cause her writing to be so succinct and to the point, while holding nothing back. Especially after reading other authors and hearing speakers from the autism spectrum, (and those who just say they are like William Stillman,) she makes it very clear that she speaks from her OWN experience and does not claim to speak on anyone else's behalf because people's experience with asd can be vastly different. I recommend this book to everyone.
