Husky
We have a husky and being our first husky, we have had to learn the hard way in dealing with him. He is a great dog and loved by the whole family. It's just that husky's are a different bread that require special treatment. They are like a puppy going a hundred miles a hour non-stop no matter how old they get, at least that is our observation.
As a pet and a member of our family, Jez plays an important role. He has to be the best pet we have ever had. A great dog that is full of love and very protective of his family. Huskys seem to be a more intelligent than the average dog too. So anything that will help him as well as us, I am open to it. I have bought three other books on dogs and while these books help, they really didn't address the issues of huskys.
I wished I had found this book first. If you have a husky as a pet, this is the best investment you could make for you and your dog. Gerry Blake leaves nothing to chance with this little basic training book. Do the follow on training too. We did.
