Excellent Book!

One of my favorites in the collection! I greatly enjoyed Margaretha’s and Colin’s characters- seeing them grow and develop as the story progressed. Their depth and relatability, as well as their relationships with God, inspired me and helped me to connect to their personalities more than I have with most other fictional characters. I especially loved Margaretha’s personality: her fight and drive to accomplish the task in front of her, as well as her strong love for her family and her Lord. Mrs. Dickerson did an excellent job with the whole book, but an outstanding job when it came to developing and writing Margaretha’s character. Overall, a wonderful read!
