Guidebook
This book saved me with my first. For me it wasn’t about following it to the letter. It was about having a guidebook that just helped me know where we were and what I could expect at every stage. I didn’t want to follow it word for word and in fact did what worked for me but it gave me confidence when I felt lost and confused so I would highly recommend it in that capacity and not necessarily as an exact recipe for how to do things because it is extreme.
