This book is absolutely amazing! I watched the movie and LOVED it! But I was curious about what all was true, elaborated on, and what all wasn’t included. So I got the book!
This story is so life changing. The power of prayer is so evident, and it clearly proclaims that God can do, and still does miracles. It’s amazing to see how many lives that this story has already changed, not just John’s and his family’s, but so many readers and listeners. It’s definitely changed mine. And with this story, you’ll find that there’s simply no explanation besides that it’s a miracle. John Smith is a miracle.
I think some things this story shouts are, “You are loved, and God can do this! He always answers prayers and is who he says he is.”
Wonderfully written, changing, and impossible to put down! I read it over the course of three days, and I’m in middle school with a pretty busy schedule!! I also cried so many times, laughed some, and learned some things about God that I just hadn’t really thought about before. Loved loved loved it!
