Incredibly helpful- must read
A must read for women in reproductive years! I used the FAM method successfully as my sole birth control method for 8 years, and now successfully again for my first pregnancy. I felt compelled to review since it works, and beyond my personal successes, this book was empowering and so informative. Best of luck to all readers with whatever their goals may be!
LOVED this book!
I’m amazed at how much this book has taught me. I’ve been wanting to use FAM to naturally family plan with no hormones for some time now, but I was always scared because I didn’t feel like I had enough knowledge to avoid pregnancy until I’m ready for a second baby. But now I am ready to start the journey! I feel so empowered as a woman. This book really taught me every detail about how my body works. Loved this book so much!!

This is an amazing book. Would high recommend for those trying to conceive or avoid pregnancy.
Only complaint is that it can be a quite repetitive.
