There are a lot of good points that the author introduces to the reader, but does not get into much detail.

This book is primarily a preview of his other book "Bigger, Leaner, Stronger."

Potential is well expressed, it does portray insight and reason applied to fitness. Maybe falling for this advertisement would be beneficial, there's only one way for me to find out...
