Just a finishing touch on the relationship between the two partners in crime in this series and yet another killer quelled! All good.

Glad to see Nick finally got his. On to book #5
A “Gift” you have to pay for.
A good but very short book. The author called it “a gift” to my readers, but the readers have to pay $2+ for this “gift”. I think it irks me mostly that she called it a gift and then charged us for it. This story could easily have been incorporated into another of her novels. I have loved all of the Sasha McCandless books so far, but not sure what I’m going to do now. I see going forward there are more of these “gifts” to come, and I will want to read them to stay in order, but not sure I want to pay $2+ for such a short book. I read pretty fast and there are many books that take me a few days to read instead of an hour or so.
