This helped me SO much
I can’t be thankful enough for this book. Whenever you talk to someone who doesn’t even have the slightest idea what anxiety actually is, it’s always looked at as one is exaggerating the feeling of it; but when you actually deal with it and no one can relate to this feeling it’s almost dooming and you feel alone in this. I’ve tried medication , sleeping pills, vitamins, meditating etc.. but facing your giant is a whole different type of inner strength you never knew you had to face. Step one is exactly what we need to do, but we can’t get there to getting better if we never start. Thank you so much Ryan , I was stuck in this daily anxiety loop that I wasn’t feeling human anymore & was getting depressed. Everyone around me noticed me a different person. Multiple times in the ER, being scared to be certain places cause that’s where my anxiety attacks always happened, to it affecting my life as a whole. I related in so many areas w with this book and it’s made me look at anxiety differently and this urge to keep pushing for a better day cause I’m going to be okay , we’re going to be okay. Don’t give up , and keep pushing! ❤️🩹

Thank you for adding positive and power tricks to calm down my anxiety. Loved the book, easy to read.
mind opening and more helpful than any therapist
i didn’t expect much when i read this book, only because i’ve been brainwashed to believe that the only cure for anxiety was thousands of dollars and a therapist. this book has helped me regulate the negative spiraling thoughts, put things into a more positive perspective, and it helps me remember that these feelings are only temporary and aren’t as scary as they seem! i’ve been suffering from emetephobia since i was a child (i turn 21 in 4 months), so this book really hit home. i come back to my highlighted sections every time i start to panic and im instantly grounded again.
