This book was a very simple and straightforward read. I’ve always been pretty controlling of my emotions without mediation but over this last month I feel like I’ve lost touch with myself and have been sad, angry, and jealous. I read this book quickly and immediately implanted meditation in my life. It has helped me tremendously and letting go off those emotions that took hold of me lately.
