I finally know what it means to be human
This book is absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to read it again. This information needs to be widely shared. I’m buying ten copies and giving them all out as gifts. It would be unconscionable if I didn’t spread this knowledge.
Refreshing change in perspective
In a world full of books that claim the secret to happiness, Loretta instead provides a clear, easy to read explanation of the neural pathways that motivate us, what they are trying to do, and how we can take an active role in charting our own unique path to happiness. I wish this had been required reading before getting sent out into the adult world of careers, relationships and parenting. Highly recommend this book to anybody who wants more than a simple, cookie cutter answer to navigating your best life.

It's an ok book, but I find it a little simple. Some people might like it but not me, that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.
