From Marie: My fictional island has become such a huge part of my lifeāand yoursāover these last six years, and Iāve created so many characters who speak to me between books and during the writing of new ones. Gansett Island Episodes - Episode 1: Victoria & Shannon
I am a huge fan of Marie Force and have read everything she has written: my favorite is the Gansett Island series. Gansett Island Episodes is a genius idea, fans get to go back to their beloved island and visit with family and friends. The novella (120 pages) is packed with warm gripping stories of love, grief and happiness and will entertain the reader. The stories of the birth of the three island babies is wonderful and shows Victoria's love for her profession. Shannon's grief for his first love casts a shadow over their future. After being kicked out by Victoria his willingness to work with Kevin McCarthy to relove this issue for a future with Vic brought tears to my eyes.
