Jaw Dropping!!!!
This book was fantastic! All the books in the series have been. Silas was such an emotional rollercoaster through this. The last line of the book made me gasp loudly. Thankfully I was alone. So upset that the next book doesn’t come out until the end of May. This was by far the biggest cliffhanger I’ve ever experienced.
Dizzy, fast paced ride.
Second in this series and my head is spinning. The deception and intrigue are mind boggling. I have my guess concerning the “bad guy(s)” but so far nothing has gone as I projected. Ended on a cliffhanger, but so good, I am anticipating the next and final book of this series.
What a Ride!
Oh! My! God! I both loved and hated this book! There were so many twists and turns that my heart was racing most of the read! I was so swept up in it that I had to take breaks to catch my breath. Jane and Silas amp up their relationship but just can’t catch a break and at times I hated that, but this IS Meli Raine, mistress of the steamy, rollercoaster suspense. What I hate now is that I have to wait for the next book!!! I voluntarily reviewed this Advance Reader Copy.
