Being book two, I highly recommend reading this in order. This authors skilled ability to deliver vivid clarity does not fail. The challenges that the main characters go through are truly unique and intriguing. The outcome left some holes for me and has me pondering whether or not more is to come. This is a novella so I am always amazed at How much life an author can breathe into characters so quickly and seamlessly. A great two book gem for a peaceful afternoon. All my reviews are always voluntarily written.
