Go With It

I haven’t read a motivational book in a while, and this struck me as a little trite into the middle, then “she has a good point.”, “yes, okay, I’ll stick my toes in”, to “hey, i think this is working!”. How’s that for run-on! Good book, try it.

Hopeful

I liked how Mel shared personal stories about herself and the people she encountered through her talks and everyday life.


In terms of what I didn’t like, I I think there could be more scientific data and evidence to back up this method. For example, I felt the last three chapters were lacking in this area.


However, I will say that I started using this tool last night and it did work. I look forward to putting this method into action every time my fear, anxiety and hesitation creeps up.
