Heartwarming story
Tempest (Tempe) moved to Pleasant Hill to start a music therapy business where she meets Nash Morgan, a famous sculptor and single father to a 3-year-old little boy, Flip (Phillip). When she decides to rent a room from Nash, little did he know, his and his son’s lives would change for the better.
It is instant attraction between Tempe and Nash but tragic events from Nash’s past leaves him closed off and living a simple life with his son on a farm raising chickens and goats; he also stopped sculpting. As Tempe slowly begins to bring joy back into his life, she is determined to help him deal with his past, socialize more, for him and Flip, and get him back to sculpting.
A wonderful, heartwarming story! Loved it!
Strong and independent Braden women
Wow. I knew Tempest's story would be good. Being a Braden, she is secure and strong. Nash is a single dad who needs a partner who is secure and strong. These two are a great pair. Nash is supportive of her goals, and Tempe loosens up his tight strings. I loved how quickly she fell in love with Flip. She just wants him to be a normal child; go to preschool, socialize with kids his own age and have fun. And somehow she manages to get Nash onboard with all of it. You see Flip start to make friends and become more involved. Which then makes Nash want to become more involved in art and his previous life.
This is another BJ Harrison narration and he continues to portray the Bradens as strong, independent men and women
Swoony single dad
Whisper of Love is new favorite Melissa Foster story. I loved the sweet romance that was fairly light on angst.
Nash Morgan is a single dad with a room to rent... Tempest Braden is looking for a change from her small hometown. The chemistry is immediate and incendiary between Nash and Tempest but Nash isn’t sure he is ready to open up and let anyone in to the world he has created for himself and Phillip.
I listened to the audiobook of this and really enjoyed the wonderful narration.
