Nice reading, easy to follow. Certainly worth the price. I wish iTunes would offer more low priced classics.
Best Reading Ever!!!
I have listened to many audiobooks over the past 10 years, but I can safely say that this is my all-time favorite. Patrick Tull (Aubrey-Maturin Series) is my favorite narrator, but if I had to chose my favorite performance, it would be David Brown's version of The Picture of Dorian Gray. I find myself listening to it just as I would listen to Pink Floyd's Animals or Paul Motian Band's, Garden of Eden. I remember the first time I listened to it. In the first chapter when Basil is describing Dorian to Lord Henry, I found myself going to my computer to SEE what Dorian Grey looked like. My favorite parts are, of course, the first chapter when Dorian meets Lord Henry and Chapter 4 when Dorian is describing to Lord Henry how he met Sybil Vain. Wonderfully read and beautifully written.
