Best book in my collection
I had one rental property when I read the book. After the book I now have twelve. All in one year. Book gave me the confidence I needed and facts I needed. It's high level but for a business minded person it's perfect. Basically explains why smart people buy and hold rental properties.
Missing Bonus CD with pdf documents
The cd is pretty good. But a lot of the information they share is on pdf documents that supposedly come on a "bonus cd". Example documents are checklist on what to check off when looking at a house and the networking circles. I think these documents are just as important as the audio track itself. I would really like to get a copy of them.
