Gliding, a winery and an inn: Audio Journeys explores St. Remy France. In southern France's Provence, the old ways of doing things have not been forgotten in modern society. Patricia Lawrence soars with the eagles in a glider to discover the old villages and farms that dot the valleys. Back on the ground, we stop at an organic winery built in a cave in the mountains we were just soaring above. And we explore an historic inn, built over Roman ruins, that is being preserved by the innkeepers.
