I’m just starting out my real estate education and this book/audio has not disappointed me. Thank you.
Great Content Poor Delivery
I downloaded an audiobook by Brandon Turner that got me hooked prior to this one. Brandon personally narrated and it was fantastic. Felt like a friend, a human being speaking and relating directly to you. After finishing it, I had to pursue another read by him and came across this audiobook. I didn’t pay close attention to detail and am fairly new to the audiobook world, this literally is only my second time trying it out, but I’ll learn from this. Although the book was co-written by Brandon and a partner, they paid someone to narrate. All I can say is that narrator had the most robotic monotone speech and it was like nails on a chalk board trying to keep my attention. The content was super valuable, but geeze, picture trying to listen to Siri read you a 15 chapter book. It was painful. I’m definitely not going to call it quits, but learn from my mistake and “trial” the audio clips first and verify the narrators voice works for you first. Great book otherwise!
