Publisher Description

Karen Marie Moning's "Fever" series is a coast-to-coast hit! The first two titles in this national best-selling series,
Darkfever and
Bloodfever, appeared on the
New York Times,
USA Today, and
Publishers Weekly best-seller lists.

In Faefever, Karen Marie Moning returns to the shadowy Dublin Otherworld in an undeniably sexy novel her fans are feverish for.

Changed by the choices she made in order to survive, Mac no longer is the naïve, idealistic, and glamorous girl newly arrived in Dublin. Now, on a quest to find her sister's killer, she is a major player in a deadly game, but with one great advantage: she knows how to find the one thing Fae and human alike are willing to kill for - the Sinsar Dubh, an ancient book of magic so dark it corrupts anyone who touches it.

What Mac soon discovers, however, is worse than she had imagined. Surrounded by treachery, her enemies indistinguishable from her allies, she can be certain of only one thing - as All Hallows' Eve approaches, her time is running out.

The Fever Series - OMG Fantastic!!!

I love KMM's writing. This series is amazing. I've read/listened to all of the Highlander series and the Fever as well and can't wait until Dreamfever is available on iTunes. Read/listen to them all you will be happy you did! Don't forget to read Into the Dreaming as well.

Love, love, love the Fever series by KMM but....

This is the 1st audiobook I have ever listened to. I love KMM's work and I have always envisioned her heroine's as strong and intelligent. Can't stomach the artists rendition of Mac Layne. She sounds like a bit too "Georgia Peach" for me. By the third book and after several months of living in Ireland you'd think Mac's southern accent would have adapted a bit and would have become a bit more refined to hint at her immersion into all things Ireland. Maybe a hint of an Irish accent and a bit of slang. Being as Alina and Mac are supposedly adopted by the Layne family and are originally from Ireland you'd think the transition from "rainbow loving, pink wearing, Georgia Peach, bubbly, blond" Mac to "dark, side-seeing, fae nulling, spear toting, unseelie slaying, black haired, sexy" Mac would be a bit more OBVIOUS! Sorry, but this doesn't work for me.

Loved it!

Love the fever series almost more than the highland series! FYI anyone else that liked the Fevers. New book is due to be released mid August 2009.
