Billy Joel, The Stranger (Remastered) David Bowie, Let's Dance (2018 Remaster) The Format, Dog Problems When I was fourteen, I would download entire songwriters' discographies & listen chronologically. I thought about their age and points in their careers - how they differed from me personally, but most importantly, how the artist spoke to themselves. Tell us why you chose this song. “Feeling Profound (On T.V.)” Feeling Profound on T.V. was the first song I had produced entirely on my own and was able to say 'whoa, this song came from my brain, and now it's a real thing you can click on.' It does everything I, personally, love in a song. It's pop. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? There have been many, and I'm grateful. When I was 13 I performed with Weezer. Two years later I would go on to the finals at the Arizona Battle of the Bands in 2011. The other was bombing a set with Die Antwoord and Ariana Grande in the audience. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I think the most important thing to remember about my records is that they're just one medium of expression contributing to a broader, perhaps now mythological idea of who Tyler Scruggs is.
