About Trea Landon

Trea Landon is an American country singer-songwriter whose music is a throwback to such Nashville traditionalists as Randy Travis and George Strait. ∙ Raised in the small town of Claxton, Georgia, Landon first began to play guitar at age 16, learning basic chords from his grandfather. ∙ At age 21, he moved to Nashville to pursue a music career and within a month signed a deal with Play It Again Music Publishing, run by top country songwriter Dallas Davidson. ∙ Landon released his self-titled indie debut EP in 2017, which attracted enough attention to earn him a contract with Warner Music. ∙ “Loved by a Country Boy,” his first single of 2019, generated nearly three million streams in its first week of release.
