In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 12, my dad took me to see Rush - I think it was their "R30" tour. Up to this point I hadn't shown much interest in music, but watching Rush on stage awoke something in me. Since then music has been my biggest drive in life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Haken, Affinity Leprous, Malina Porcupine Tree, Deadwing Porcupine Tree, Leprous and Haken are the three bands who restored my faith in modern Metal/Progressive music. They showed me that there are still boundaries that can be pushed musically. This track, and the entire album, are driven as much by emotion as by musicality. We're extremely proud of the end result.
