Adam Levine's enduring presence as an A-lister of American music is a testament to his talent, charisma, and tenacity, too. The singer has strived to impress ever since Levine—born in Los Angeles in 1979—formed the '90s alt-rock band Kara's Flowers with high-school classmates. After changing the band’s name to Maroon 5, they began a decades-long run of hits with 2002's Songs About Jane.
