Excellent services
We showed up with our dog in distress 30 min before the clinic opened. They graciously let us in before opening so we could sit inside as they prepared to open. That was the first indication of the high level of service of Bridgetown Emergency Vet Clinic. Next the vet tech met with us in the beautiful waiting room to review our concerns about our dog. She looked at videos we wanted to share and then took our dog in the back to check vital signs in order to determine if she actually needed care. She briefly discussed the case with the vet who also looked at our dog. When they determined she wasn’t in need of immediate care (we had a scheduled appt with our vet two days later) they did NOT charge us for anything. It was excellent reassurance and it felt very helpful and caring. We will choose Bridgetown Emergency as our first choice for any future emergencies. Highly recommend!
Disappointed
Well as a business owner I would like to address a problem they really should train staff and seek new management asap Wow here it is my company truck outside front door facing entrance company name visible my wife in the middle of shopping with 300 worth of crafts to make cards for a donation tonight at chandler BMX for kids in need as we went to check out was actually accused of theft my wife dropped of the cart in front of manager opened her purse witch is 400 Justin made anyway storms out crying as I approached manager said what’s going on immediately said my wife may have stolen epoxy resin of course I’m like what OMG totally was impressed with there theft knowledge and ability to recognize a thief but no wait that’s not us as a company in this community we pride ourselves in being understanding virtuous customer satisfaction a must instead they blew a major for them sale and.
Lost us for good hobby lobby just got new clients we are clean and well dressed and full of happiness but they rotated us for a moment and was sad that are favorite store classified us as thieves good job staff and best of luck getting trained in retail theft absolutely needed might actually catch a real one sorry folks had to vent apart from that pay first at register so they don’t actually accuse u lol
