I had a flat tire today. Had to call AAA to pump up my flat tire. Then I went to Schwab tire to get it fixed, but the nail was too close to the sidewall. I drove to A & M tire store on Highway 120 across from the church and next to a bar without notice. The owner,Alex, came out & asked me my problem. He had one of his technicians look it over. They both agreed that it could not be repaired because of its location near the sidewall, which was what Schwab told me earlier. Alex stopped what he was doing to help me! Very friendly, easy to talk to & knew what he could do. He was an extremely good businessman and gave me a quote. He said he could get the tire delivered today and put on today so that I could get my car repaired. I am so happy I cannot believe the fast service that I got. When driving by that business on a regular basis, they’re always busy with cars. I did not think that I would even get seen today because of all of the cars that are parked out in front. I was wrong 😃😃fast speedy efficient service better than any place I’ve ever been and I am almost 80.

I received an under-cooked kabob of grilled chicken, 4 wheat pita breads (useless to me without tza sauce), lettuce, two thin slices of tomato cut in halves and three house dressings. Essentially, all I got for $18 and some change is some lettuce, two thin tomato slices and three house dressing servings. I ordered the tza sauce because I’m allergic to cheese and can’t eat feta. The tza is made of yogurt, which I can eat. Without the tza sauce there’s no reason I would’ve ordered this meal. The chicken looking a bit underdone to me, which is an alarm bell because I have a compromised immune system. I contacted the manager but found out he’s filling in for someone who quit. He has no managerial experience and no idea of what customer service means. He was unwilling to fix this order except by offering me a $5 off coupon the next time I come in. I won’t be going there again. Additionally, $5 from $18 equals $13 for lettuce, two thin slices of tomato and three small containers of house dressing. For that price salad I would’ve gone to a 4 star restaurant. He told me to call UnerEats but wouldn’t give me their number. What I asked for is a refund of the total amount of what I paid for my dinner, if you consider lettuce, two thin slices of tomatoes and house dressing dinner. I would still want the delivery guy to keep his tip. I would not recommend going there because their policies disregard customer service and you deserve better.
