Device not supported
Why would a company not support a device it’s still selling. I am unable to use the app via wifi to download my videos and pictures. I only use it for underwater so I am just getting to download content from my recent and I come to find out the company’s download app doesn’t supported it’s own device any. I am afraid of downloading a firmware for fear of total wipeout of my vacation pics/videos. I am beyond upset!
ZERO STARD
I bought TWO Vantop Moment 3 Camera's based on the description they had SONY sensors. The Memory Cards do NOT work on a MAC. If you format them using Disk Utilities then the memory cards will NOT work in the camera!!
This app is HORRIBLE! I can not get the files off the camera because it tells me the camera is NOT supported by the app!!!
Suddenly the money I saved buying this instead o a GoPro doesn't feel like a bargain anymore!!
Device not supported
Does not support their own device, CamPark 4K and that device while it is recognized on my mac and will charge or transfer files it will not function in PC Camera mode ie show video on my Mac while it will on a PC.
Please get your stuff together so this works on MAC!
