Version 5.0.16
Soon, we’ll be introducing a new way to calculate the price of a trip: upfront fares. Instead of an estimated price range, an upfront fare provides an exact price to the rider before they request a trip. If the rider changes the journey or their pickup or dropoff location, or the trip takes significantly longer than expected in time and/or distance, the upfront fare will not apply.

Unhelpful customer service
I used the cashless payment option. The driver left the meter running for over an hour which was charged to my account. Customer service promised resolution but never followed through. I’m very frustrated with this service, I’ve moved to a competitor.
