Traxx it 4+

So typically negative reviews are written out of hostility or some other negative emotion. I’m not saying I’m happy, but this review is coming from a rational point. My product doesn’t work. I even tested the battery that came with it. It’s good. I tried the advice offered by others that got their’s to work. Mine didn’t. I’m not saying all of them are bad, but the feedback given would seem to indicate an inoperable product is more of the rule rather than the exception for this company. If you already bought it, give it a try and wish you good luck. Otherwise, my advise would be to avoid this product and shell out the extra money for a more reputable product like Tile. Seems you get what you pay for...

I recently just bought the tracker a couple weeks back I put it in my key an could not figure out how to work it. As time went by people kept telling me to try different things of course I didn’t listen. Today 01/15 , I finally figured it out an oh my lord it has been the best ever since because I always lose my keys 24/7. I’m so thrilled I finally figured it out. The app developers an producers of this product really need to update instructions. No wonder there are so many bad reviews the instructons don’t work at all. I’m gonna make a tutorial video ASAP!!! I’m the new instructor lol☺️

It didn’t seem to want to pair with app on phone. Curious to see if it even had a battery, I pried open the triangle. It did have a battery which was attached to a smaller triangular board-the “brains.” I discovered the on the flip side from the battery side is a very tiny button in the center, which when I pushed it, the thing began to work. I think it will work but there is nothing in the instructions to say that you need to push hard on the symbol on the outside casing to push that tiny button so I’m sure that why most people don’t think it works because they don’t push where they need to press to activate button.
