Ideas, recipes, lists on the go!

I’m a longtime fan of the MediterrAsian website, cookbook and now the app! It’s so convenient to have so many recipes accessible with a quick tap of your phone screen. The recipes are clearly divided by type which makes searches quick, and you can also create shopping lists from each recipe, which is an awesome time saver for me. In addition, you can send recipes to friends, and access reference guides on ingredients and Mediterranean and Asian foods and lifestyles. I love how this app is chock full of resources, yet uncomplicated and straightforward. Fantastic work!

Best Recipes

I've downloaded and/or purchased several Mediterranean diet apps and quickly deleted them because they offered so little. Love this app. Recipes in this app are plentiful and easy to follow.
