The Tazotix app is no longer receiving updates. To check in tickets, use the official Ticket Tailor Check-in app.
The Tazotix app works with Ticket Tailor and a number of other ticketing applications.
- Check in attendees by scanning their tickets, searching for personal details, or selecting from a door list.
- Keep track of event check-in progress with overview stats.
- Easily filter your door list by ticket type and sort by first name or last name.
- Works both online and offline in case you have bad or no internet connection at your event.
- Automatic synchronisation allows you to check in tickets on multiple devices at once to speed up door entry.
- Download multiple events to the app and switch between them easily.
- Create multiple user profiles to track check-ins by staff members and easily revoke their access after the event.

Mixed bag.
Great idea - check-in was super-easy - BUT...
1. The app either works perfectly or crashes, leaving me with a white screen. This is my third time reinstalling it.
2. No way to sync check-in data back to TicketTailor, meaning I can’t download a spreadsheet of attendees - I have to update by hand.
Needs help…
I give it two stars because there is at least SOMETHING out there we can use with TT. We have modern iPads though and it still crashes frequently. Many of out ticket takers find the interface and navigation confusing. The UI is not particularly attractive either. The part that really drives a lot of us nuts is that the app only works in portrait and won’t rotate to landscape. I’m not sure if this is published by a TT employee or what since it existed before there was even a TT API, but I wish TT would release their own app.

My team used this app with the online platform TicketTailor this weekend and worked great. This is our second year using the app.
I created user accounts for about 10 folks to scan or otherwise check in people and we had no issues. Very easy to use. As I onboarded people, they were surprised this app had such a low rating for how clean and easily it did what you expected it to.
