It’s could be better!

Where to start, the app is just does not feel right have any developers used on a iPhone XS Max. I can see half the screen or even make a proper order. I keep getting sent back to the main screen. Let just say it tuck me like 30min just to place a order and just not the best part you still can used your rewards. So unpleasant to use the app. They need to fully test on their own before they release the next up date. Horrible experience

Delivery Option 128 Character Issue

Great application. Recommend it!

One minor annoyance, the poorly designed delivery address population functionality. The application works flawlessly for pickup. When trying to select delivery ran into an issue.

128 character limit for delivery special instructions causes issues. (1) It doesn’t tell you when you’ve reached/hit the limit (no counter at the bottom). I was told I couldn’t save the address due to character limit so removed characters and was able to save the address. (2) It must have still had 128 characters and had allowed me to save regardless because when trying to choose the address it told me I couldn’t select it due to 128 character limit being in special instructions. Then why could I save? (3) Tried to copy and paste special instruction text to a character counter out of app, returned to app to be sent back to blank edit page. Switched to DoorDash and completed my order in 60 seconds.

Love the Food. Hate the app.

I’m not a fan of this app nor of the online ordering process. I mention the two together because the Web app and the iOS app don’t always talk to each other so you lose reward progress and gift cards can’t be stored in the iOS app or shared between it and the Web App. If you want to use gift cards with this app, be prepared to punch in the 14 digit card number and 6 digit pin again and again.

Trying to apply gift card balance upon checkout is also torture. On multiple occasions after struggling to get my gift card entered, I’ve given up and just charged it to my credit card anyway.

I loathe this app, but it still gets 3 stars because it works where it counts the most. My order is always made on time and made accurately. Please fix the checkout for gift cards and integrate with the Web app.
