Missing Issues

Don’t waste your time I purchased multiple magazines one at a time and every time they change the app my issues are gone. Logged in today to find everything over the years gone and no way to get it back nor does customer service care. I was told if I can find the purchase charges from apple they could possibly look into.

This app is terrible!
I really want to subscribe to Southern Lady but from past experience I know the app is bad. I bought one issue at a time to see how it would go.
Now that I want to use it again everything in my library is gone. The issues I purchased can not be restored. Please fix this app as well as the Victoria app. I really want to subscribe but the apps just do not work!!!
