Great App that’s perfect for me
I very rarely need to send a fax these days, but when I do Snapfax is my go to app. It doesn’t do fancy, complicated tricks like some of the other faxing apps do, but I don’t need or want all that. It’s a simple and intuitive tool that only does one thing as far as I know, but it does it extremely well. There is a cover page option that's very easy to use, consisting of fill in the blanks fields and plenty of room for a note. There are no recurring subscription charges, and the credits are reasonably priced and easy to use and understand. I sent a six page document today with a cover letter and it was less than $2.00. So if you’re like me and think faxing went out at least ten years ago, but out of nowhere someone asks you to send one, fear not. Snapfax to the rescue!
Reliable, reasonable cost app
I don't usually need to send faxes, but lately, I'm in a situation acting for an aging parent where I have to send a lot of faxes. This app has been great. It does what it says, does it quickly and you get transmission reports, which is essential when someone debates whether or not you sent the fax. It isn't instant, it takes a few minutes, but it did take a few minutes to fax back in the day, too. When I had to buy more fax credits, the price was reasonable, and you get a lot of faxing for your credits, I might add. I think I didn't need to buy credits for two years before the current situation, and I sent a fax maybe every 3-4 months. I'm glad the app is keeping up with OS changes. It works like a champ.
Great Little Fax App
For those times when I need to send a fax (very few nowadays, except to my physician), this is a great app. Sure, you have to purchase fax credits, but for the few I need to send, it's not a problem with icloud account. You can do cover page, take a picture of your document and insert it, and get the transmission report for proof of transmission. Takes a few minutes after you load it up to the server, but not too long. It's not "free" by any means, although you do get 1 credit to start; however, I needed 1.7 credits for my one page document and cover sheet, hence the 4 out of 5 stars.
