Once was great, what happened?

I have years invested into this app but sadly must find another. Customer service would once return emails and now does not. Bombing Brain, WHY have you abandoned this great app? This app worked great with iPad 4 but technology must keep moving. An iPad 4 is now slow and unresponsive to new iOS updates. I recently purchased an iPad 6 in hopes of getting setlist back to its original luster but found Setlist to be even more glitchy. So now I sadly must move away from Setlist, an app that has seen me through years of gigs. I sent one last email to customer service begging them to update the app so it worked better with more current iPads and a more current iOS..... nothing. I’d be willing to pay a subscription fee if they actually updated this app. Sadly I’m now searching for another app to move my 400 songs to. Ughhhhhhh

Not a bad app but no support.

I have used this app for over two years now. I will admit it does have a few issues but most of them tend to be self inflicted if you don’t know what you are doing. However, if you are looking for something to create a setlist and keep a song catalog with lyrics it works pretty darn well. I have had some syncing issues, but found out how not to have them. It is in the order in which you do things that causes the issues. If you only make changes to one of your devices the other ones sync up fine. Just make sure that your iCloud back up is turned on in the tools portion of Setlists. Close the program and reopen it on your “sub devices“, and the changes occur as they should. The problems start when you start making changes on the other “sub devices” devices. Make one device your main device and make changes there only.
If you start seeing duplicate songs in your setlists on your “sub devices“, just delete everything off of them and let them re-sync to your main device.
I also have the issue on the iPhone only where you open a song and it goes to the last page of the song previous.
I just use my iPhone version to print off lists if necessary.
I contacted support once but never got an answer. I figured everything else out on my own so I don’t really need them.
I personally think the app is worth it, and really is fairly easy to use.
I would have rated it at five if support were available.

Top shelf App

I play music six nights a week, and while I only need the lyrics for a couple songs that week, I need all of this song tiles to look at to browse for the next song to play. This app is perfect for that. I made a category for fast dance, one for absolute favorites, one for slow songs, one for country, etc.
Everything is easily readable in the dark venues. My only wish list is, sometimes prospective clients asked for a song list, and rather than “sharing“ separate set lists, I wish I could send my whole catalog. Unfortunately, that part is kind of a pain. Still, with all the other features, this app is absolutely top shelf! Most of these apps are made for beginners, but I would highly highly recommend this to professional as well!
