No stars, can't get past logging in...
My college uses School Dude. On the computer, it works great and easy, no problem. I get told that an app is available so that I can submit work orders from my phone. With how on the go my position is, I need the ability to submit work orders while I work. Steps I took: 1) download app, 2) enter email address, 3) check the terms & conditions block, 4) submit, 5) enter password (yes, I checked this multiple times and it works on the computer), 6) submit, 7) wait. Nothing happens past this. Nothing. No loading. No spinning circle of thinking. No verification of log in. If I could get past logging in, then I would be able to address this app with a review that pertains to its performance.
Junk
Have been using this app with my company for five years. It has yet to get the basics right. Keyword search is useless and finding anything is a job in itself. Absolutely a worthless product. Updates rarely address anything useful. If i could give it less of a rating I would.
Can’t Log In
Like with a lot of people, I can’t get logged in. I close the app, reinstalled it, and still nothing. I would love the ability to submit and see the status of work orders from my phone, but so far that’s not even remotely possible. I would love to see this app work.
