The sampling calculator conforms to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 2013 and MIL-STD-105E Standards.

NOTE: This calculator may be used as an aid to faster calculate the sampling plan needed, and always in conjunction or with the basic knowledge of the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard. It does not replace the standards mentioned above.

The sampling calculator covers single sampling size code letters I, II, III, S1, S2, S3 and S4. Normal, Tightened and Reduced with AQLs from 0.065 to 15.

Very useful as a shorthand aid to memory!

I love using this app at work — for a short , the color scheme changed after an update and I simply couldn’t see any sampling plan numbers on my iphone 12 or iphone SE2, but it has seemingly been fixed! It’s really a great aid, and works for 99% of my needs— except jobs that require 100% inspection (for whatever reason my job requires that I still document the numbers in the sampling plan the same as though it were a non-100% inspection, but just with an added footnote “ will be 100% inspected”). But that’s rare and easily dealt with!
