Issues with Espees
I don’t want to give 3 stars or less because the content is really excellent. However, every month when I purchase Espees, there not added automatically to my account like before. I have to reach out to Customer Service with receipts for them to add the Espees to my account. And it’s a little bit frustrating.
Update needed
This is an amazing app. I love the fact that I can travel with my man of God everywhere on the planet, and listen to his voice everyday, all day, educating my spirit on the life that God has given us.
I would like to suggest an update to the app; especially for iOS devices. I found out that, reinstalling the messages after moving to another iOS device, is kinda tedious. Some messages don’t download. Another change I would love to see is, a refined UI, to reflect the iOS experience; an option to change the color coating of the app. Some UI animations, probably a wave bar as Pastor is speaking, and finally, an update enhancement for iOS 13. As it is now, if I’m on the app, and I close it, to do other things, the messages stop playing 😢☹️

Please. Needs attention
Hello brothers. Thanks for your works however it needs serious attention. The app has serious issues that need to be fixed. I cannot access anything in the wallet. when I try to buy Epsees, it will take the money but keep on showing that my balance is zero. And so I could not upgrade my subscription due to this even though the money is being taken. it did it with one of my other account twice. I couldn’t do anything about so I created this new account. But it still the same both on iPhone and iPad Please you need to help us fixing this. God bless
