The My.PreSonus app is your connection to your PreSonus products, the PreSonus support community, and the entire PreSonus ecosystem.
Access PreSonus Sphere Workspaces
Get mobile access to streamlined, efficient workspaces—and make collaborating on projects and getting feedback on your mixes faster and easier than ever.
Once inside a PreSonus Sphere Workspace, you can share stems, mixes, even album artwork. A live chat lets you communicate in real-time without leaving the Workspace. Stems and mixes can be played back right from the Workspace, letting you quickly audition new material without cluttering your downloads folder. You and your team will be notified when new files are uploaded, and uploaded files can also be tagged as “latest mix,” so you and your collaborators are always on the same page—and you won’t risk accidentally sharing work-in-progress demos.
You can work with several teams at once, or just keep a private Workspace just for your backups. You’ll always have your team’s latest mixes on-the-go, where you can reference them in the car, on a hike, or wherever sound takes you.
PreSonus Community
Connect with other PreSonus members in Community to find collaborators, share mixes, get feedback on your new album cover or your latest music videos, and so much more. Share your unique skills, showcase your favorite creations, and find other PreSonus Sphere members to chat with about your favorite audio topics. Not ready to be social just yet? That’s ok, too. You can choose to make your profile visible to the larger PreSonus Sphere community whenever you like.

Mobile Recording and Upload
Record audio straight to MyPreSonus using your device’s built-in mic or a compatible USB mic. You’ll then be able to download your mobile recordings from your account straight to Studio One on your desktop or laptop workstation.

Presonus, as a company, is amazing.
Their customer care values are great, and THEIR products are even better.
Their app is a great news feed when you are away from the studio, and I appreciate the ability to see all of your registered devices.
I also appreciate that this app is 100 percent free to use; They don’t even collect user data.
But the app is borderline unstable sometimes. I understand that it’s probably not presonus’ fault.
I, in no way, hate presonus.
But come on, this is an app for professionals. time is money, so spending time trying to find out why the app won’t even open is unacceptable.
Has anyone from Presonus tried to use this app?
I love Presonus products. I have a BLA Quantum, regular quantum, a Quantum 2, a Faderport, and a DP88. After using PT for a decade I switched to S1 and pay for sphere after buying Pro 3 and 4. I rarely talk poorly about any of the products in any way.
But this is garbage. Most of the older articles on the main screen do not open and if I want to reference a really old one, they disappear. I am unable to access manuals of my software but can for my hardware. I can’t click through to the Knowledgebase section to learn more about my products without going to the website. Studio One 5 says there are no videos available? Even with sphere?
Cmon. Just spend a couple weeks and integrate this into sphere so it’s not just a glorified way to easily register products (which that does work well and earned the second star.)
Presonus Sphere, it not for everyone.
I’ve had Presonus Sphere for a year and a half. I keep waiting for them to offer one single thing I care about other than renting Studio One. I love Studio One. But at this point I’ve spent more to rent it than I would have spent to own it. So I guess I’m stuck waiting for Presonus to offer something of value with this “membership”. I really believed in their concept when it launched… and then… nothing but old 3rd rate content and videos of Gregor getting paid. Oh, and this buggy app to remind you that Presonus duped you.
