Continuously Crashing and Requesting Update of Payment

Paid for Pro option, yet app continues to request "upgrade" and payment. On checking my payment, app acknowledges the payment was received, yet program will not scan my computer, and crashes. Last scan recorded by app as done in June 2022. I would like to know how I get my refund. Not very reliable.

Crashing waste of disc space

Crashes constantly. Wouldn't even complete a scan. Save your time and money! Requested a refund.

Cannot delete this program.

Please tell me how to delete this program from my Mac.
When I attempt to delete this program using finder, I get a message that the program cannot be deleted because it is open. How do you close the program. I can not find a way to close the program!

If you're trying to update the Application from App Store then Close the Application.
Steps To Close the application.
Step 1: Close the Application
Step 2: Click on Tray Icon of Internet Security & Anti-Virus from Menu Bar.
Step 3: Click on Exit.
Step 4: Click on 'Ok' on next Prompt.

If you still face Trouble while Updating the Application then please completely remove Application from your Machine.
Steps to Remove the Internet Security & Anti-Virus
Step 1: Close the Application
Step 2: Move The Internet Security & Anti-Virus application from '/Applications' Directory to Trash.
Step 3: Go to '/Users/%Username%/Library/Containers' then move the 'com.maxsecure.internetsecurityandantivirus' folder to trash

Now you've Completely Uninstalled the Application, re-download and install the Application from AppStore
