Promising
So excited to try this out! Unfortunately there aren’t many machines around me and I have to travel a bit of distance to my nearest one and all the surrounding ones are at sam’s clubs and I don’t go there regularly, at all even. The nearest machine in a Walmart is crazy far. I’ll have to give it a try one day but it seems promising, I’m excited. Hoping that they’ll extend to more stores soon.
Machine Frequently Empty/Unsanitary to Use
I can’t count the number of times the machine at my local Walmart is empty. It won’t even say that they’re out of the product. It’s only after you’ve put your phone under the scanner (which by the way is not touchless) does it say that they’re out. The scanner can apparently read your phone without you putting your phone close enough to touch the machine. 100% of the time I have to have my phone touch the dirty machine. You know it can’t be clean if everyone else has to put their phone there to do the same thing. Gross!
Frustrating
Tried to use the app today. Had to sign in. Forgot password. Tried to reset. Couldn’t find email account. Tried to register said already had account. Tried several times to reset password. Couldn’t do it. Tapped on contact us. Couldn’t do it because didn’t recognize e mail. I guess I just need to delete this app as it seems to be useless
