Great sessions, annoying intro music and pop up notice to submit a review that never goes away

The hypnosis itself is good. When the app is opened, this annoying music plays until you begin your session. Also, there is a pop up which requests a review each time you open the app. This also never goes away.....

Love the intro music - any way to buy it standalone?

I’m a perpetual insomniac and am hard to hypnotize - or at least when I’m trying to use it to go to sleep. I’ve tried many different apps and haven’t had good success with anything. However, the first time I tried this app I opened the app and heard the music and laid down and relaxed waiting for the hypnosis to start. After a while I realized the hypnosis instructions weren’t starting, but my breathing had slowed and I was much calmer. I had to click further into the app to get the hypnosis instructions to work, and then the music stopped.

So I’ve been using the intro music as relaxation to go to sleep. The only problem is, the music and the screen will run all night and completely drains the phone battery. And if I try to turn off the screen the music stops. I can get a charger by my bed if I’m at home, but not always when traveling. And running it all night also keeps me from using the parental controls to limit my total phone use time. I had to turn parental controls off because I used up 8-10 hours overnight.

What is the name of the music that is playing and is there any way to run it just for an hour or so?

Amazing!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I have taken meds to help me sleep for 13+ years. After one week of consistently listen to the deep sleep hypnosis I am able to fall asleep quickly every night and stay asleep for 5+ hours on most nights. On nights I am only able to get 4 hours of sleep I still wake feeling better than I used to wake up and am able to maintain productivity throughout the day with minimal moments of feeling sleepy, tired, drained, or sluggish. I have also been able to start to ween off of the medication that I use to help me sleep. I have only been using the app about a month at this time therefore I am sure that these results will continue to be approved up.
This has been an amazing product in my life. Life changing. I highly recommend it. It does take some getting used to. You will not likely be able to remain undistracted and be able to read the target level of relaxation when first starting. You do need to train your mind and body for the hypnosis.
