RELISH ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF YOU!🙌
I have never left a review for an app before. I just started working at a company that uses this service and it has been fantastic.
That being said. Whenever there is any issue or opportunity that may come up with middle managing hundreds of to-go orders daily, Relish ALWAYS comes through and takes care of you. They make sure you’ve got food if a busy restaurant needs to cancel an order at the last minute. Any time you may dislike something they follow up and take necessary steps to make that right as well. THANK YOU RELISH!
Options
We as a company we’re only getting one option due lunch not with RELISH we have three different restaurants with about 50 or more options per day. This stuff brings Variety into our lives…👍🏼😁
Late notifications
While Relish provides an ETA on when your meal will be delivered, they’ll wait until 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled delivery time has elapsed. If you work in a job where you can change your lunch time at your own discretion, this probably isn’t a big deal. But if not, have fun being hungry during your lunch.
Some feedback for the company, since I can’t seem to do so through the app, PLEASE let us know earlier if the food isn’t even on its way BEFORE the scheduled delivery time. At least this way I can communicate with my team to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the late delivery.
